  • YASSS! ILLPIXY does commissions!

    Prices start at $200 for a single pen/pencil/ink character on 9inx12in paper.

    ILLPIXY paints/murals as well! Final price will depend on the size and scope of the project.

    Please contact ILLPIXY, and include details pertaining to your project!

    Please note:

    • All concepts and proposals are subject to initial approval.

    • Upon approval, you—the client—will be sent a contract outlining overall expectations of the project, including and detailing final cost, project complexity, and timeframe.

    **Requests outside of ILLPIXY’s scope of work (not [a] character(s) or graffiti piece) will likely be rejected. Feel free to elaborate on your project should you feel we are a solid fit!

  • YAY! Your order has shipped! You’ve been charged a flat-rate fee of $5, and can expect your order within 5-10 business days. While the carrier can vary, ILLPIXY typically ships through USPS.

  • While we hope you fall in love with what you've ordered, if you change your mind, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to register your return and then a further 7 days from when you register your return to ship your items back.

    To start a return, contact us. Please include in the description your order number, whether the item(s) need to be returned or exchanged, and the item(s) you would like modified.

    Please note:

    • All returned items are subject to inspection once received.

    • ILLPIXY reserves the right to refuse acceptance of returned items that are not in a resalable condition.  We determine eligibility based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us.

      **Please note that items sent in exchange cannot be sent back for further return.

    • Return shipping is payable by you—the client—the choice of carrier/shipping method is at your discretion. Please choose a tracked shipping option. We do not accept any responsibility for issues that occur in transit back to us and, should this happen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and clean (free from perfumes, strong odors, e.g. smoke, cosmetic marks, deodorant, or pet hair). They must be unwashed, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging (if applicable).

    • Artwork (drawings/paintings, originals or prints) are not eligible for return or exchange. In the rare instance of damage, please email us directly (not through the contact portal): hello@illpixy.com . Please include your name and email address, order number and item, description of the issue, as well as images of the damage. Pictures need to include the full item, but also clearly show the damage.

    Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days (if you don’t receive a refund within this timeframe, please contact your payment provider).

    If your return is ineligible, it will be discarded, and your refund will be forfeited.
